Description

PURCHASE AND PICKUP/DELIVERY HELIUM GAS SUPPLY, HAZMAT FEE AND CYLINDER RENTAL FEE TO THE WEATHER SERVICE OFFICE AT 10230 SMITH ROAD, DENVER, CO 80239-3238 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 325120.� The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. Previous agreement�WC133W16BA0080 with�Green Lantern. The Contractor is responsible for supplying helium to the NWS contracted upper air office located at 10230 Smith Road, Denver, CO 80239-3238. The total amount of helium to be delivered for each period of this requirement (base period plus four option periods) is a minimum of 57,200 CF, up to a maximum of 62,000 CF, achieved with bi-weekly deliveries between 2,200 CF and 2,600 CF per delivery per attached Statement of Need. This is a lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) requirement evaluation of all associated quoted costs.� Price - This pricing must follow the regulations, laws and statute.� Provide a breakdown of all rates for all parts of the cost of purchase and delivery.�� Please provide a description of how your pricing is determined and Index site you are using. See attached full Combined Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR WILL OR WILL NOT STATEMENT PER 52.204-24 (OCT 2020) UNLESS YOUR REPS AND CERTS HAVE BEEN UPDATED IN SAM PER 52.204-26 (OCT 2020).
