SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR THE REPAIR OF BUILDING 41001 FORT HOOD, TEXAS 76544 SOLICITATION NO. W91151-21-B-0010 The Mission Installation Contracting Command � Fort Hood, Texas is issuing this sources sought notice for the Repair of Building 41001 on Fort Hood, Texas, to identify business sources with the capacity, experience and interest under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238190; Product Service Code PSC Z2AA. The purpose of this project is to repair building 41001 Fort Hood, Texas. Demolish existing interior walls (except mechanical room walls), curtain walls, concrete stairs, landings, and roof. Install the following: new interior walls, exterior walls, EIFS system, plumbing fixtures, floor finishes, walls finishes, roof, concrete stairs, ADA Ramp, ceilings, sod, roof access, landscaping, sidewalks, electrical, communications, some mechanical ductwork, plumbing, railings, doors, windows, gutters, downspouts, and downspout boots. Also, clean existing veneer brick and sidewalks, to include fix and paint the perimeter of the building�s slab. This is only the market research phase of this acquisition. By no means does this sources sought notice mean that the Government will enter into an agreement with your agency. The Government is trying to determine if there is an adequate number of socio- economic small business sources for competition in order to compete this requirement.
