Description
The Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC), Aberdeen Proving Ground, in support of Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) Increment 2, is considering soliciting a requirement for WIN-T Increment 2 procurement of spares managed by CECOM (B16), under NAICS 335999. If issued, the ILSC anticipates a 3-year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) type contract using range quantity pricing for the procurement of spares identified in the table below. Requirements Description: These LRUs are a commercially available Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), FA00399, and a commercially available UPS battery drawer, IB98039, both manufactured by Intellipower and utilized in the Tactical Serial Case (TSC(MK-3489/U)). They are the only known technically acceptable parts for their application. Only a form, fit, and function identical part will suffice. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP) for the parts. The TDP is not available for release. The USG CANNOT guarantee specific requirements for production of LRUs. However, the minimum forecast of buys distributed over the projected 3 year life of the Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) effort is shown in the table below.
