- 1. This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by the Network Contracting Office 16 at 2002 Holcombe Blvd. Bldg. 100, Houston, Texas 77030 to identify sources that are capable of providing a Physiological Monitoring System compatible with the existing physiological monitoring system at the Alexandria VA Healthcare System (AVAHCS) 2495 Shreveport Hwy, Pineville LA 71360. 2. Specification Requirements. Refer to attached statement of work for additional item details. If this is a supply your business can provide, please respond to this Sources Sought Notice by 3:00PM Central Time not later than 15 June 2021. 4. The intent of this notice is to establish sources to define the procurement strategy (e.g set-aside, sole source, unrestricted) for a solicitation that VA intends to post soon. 5. Please respond to this notice if you can provide the products listed above including installation services. In the response please cite your business size status. a. If you have an existing GSA or VA, Federal Supply Schedule contract, please include the contract details in your response. 6. Please respond to this notice if you can provide supplies that may be determined EQUIVALENT to the products listed in the table above. Please provide details on the proposed EQUIVALENT products such as Manufacturer Name, Part Number, and description. Equivalent products are required to interoperate with existing AVAHCS physiological monitoring system, refer to the attached statement of work for additional details on the existing physiological monitoring system. a. If you have an existing GSA or VA, Federal Supply Schedule contract, please include the contract details in your response. 7. Please note that VA is particularly interested in determining the availability of Small Business Manufacturers. If your company is a small business manufacturer of potentially equivalent items, please respond to this notice. 8. Vendors are requested to submit estimated market research pricing with their responses. The estimated pricing will be considered when determining the procurement strategy for the future solicitation. (e.g. if CO determines that capable small businesses cannot provide fair and reasonable pricing, then the solicitation will not be set-aside). 9. Please note that if no responses to this notice are received from authorized distributors of the cited brand name or responses with equivalent products not found compatible with existing AVAHCS physiological monitoring system, then this action may be sole sourced to a vendor that can meet this requirement. 10. All businesses eligible to provide this service are encouraged to reply as this information may be used to determine potential set-asides for the above-noted requirement.
