- Description
- 1. The purpose of the Sources Sought / Request for Information (RFI) is to determine local vendor capability and identify potential sources for designing an E-Learning system in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10, Market Research. 1.1. This Sources Sought / RFI will be utilized to conduct market research for planning purposes to determine if responsible sources exist and to assist in determining if future efforts can be solicited on a competitive basis. This Sources Sought / RFI is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. 1.2. PLEASE NOTE - No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this request or any follow-up information requests. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT / RFI. 2. JBAB anticipates establishing a firm-fixed price IDIQ for commercial services. 2.1. Hours of Operation: The Contractor shall be available to perform services on The contractor is responsible for conducting business, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. � 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings. 2.2. Place of Performance: The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling worksite except travel to meetings, project discussions and video shoots. This is a non-personnel service contract to provide an Electronic Learning (E-Learning) System to Ceremonial Guardsman. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.� Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.�� The objective of this project is to support the USAF HG readiness directorate and 225 Base Honor Guard programs with developing and maintaining proficient drill manual training courses.� The training developed under this PWS is also intended to provide Honor Guard personnel with easily accessible refresher and qualification training.� The training provided will allow each member to view and/or learn from the perspective of each position listed per course.
