Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to ISOFT Solutions, LLC, 5361 Clevland St St B Virginia Beach, VA� 23462, Cage Code 4NV25, for an enhancement of the Blackburn Audio/Visual capabilities located at the Camp Lejeune Range Control building in the Blackburn Operations Room. Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), �Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization).� This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals; however, all interested persons that identify to the Contracting Officer their intent and capabilities to satisfy the Government�s requirement with commercial items and submit responses in a timely manner, will be considered by the Government.
