- Description
- This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Colt�s Manufacturing Company LLC, for carbine parts for Agent use carbines and Basic Agent training carbines. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 1:00 pm (ET) June 11, 2021. Point of contact is Joe Turner at joe.e.turner@usdoj.gov. The proposed order is for Colt�s Manufacturing Company LLC, carbine parts for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Colt�s Manufacturing Company LLC, 547 New Park Ave., West Hartford, CT 06110. A redacted version of the approved Limited Sources Documentation is attached to this Notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332994. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Any source capable of providing the service and interested in submitting a capability statement may do so electronically to joe.e.turner@usdoj.gov
