Description

This procurement provides Fiscal Year 2022 (FY22) through FY27 Navy Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) Weapon System (WS) platform-specific development and production to support Navy CPS integration onto the Zumwalt-class destroyer platform, and production to support Army Long Range Hypersonic Weapons (LRHW) integration with future Army platforms. Pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), the Government intends to conduct negotiations with Lockheed Martin Space, Littleton, CO 80127. Primary work location is Denver, CO. Performance will extend through 28 February 2027. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses must be received within fifteen days from the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
