- Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to provide answers to three additional questions received by industry. There are NO CHANGES to the terms and conditions of this solicitation from this amendment.� The due date and time will not be extended. ********************************************************************************************** Amendment 001 - The purpose of amendment 0001 to this soliciation is to provide answers to questions, extend the due date of proposals, and revise the solicitation and Attachment 0001. ********************************************************************************************** The purpose of this statement of work (SOW) is to obtain contractor services to provide the Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AO), Probation and Pretrial Services Office (PPSO) staff and 112 decentralized federal probation and pretrial service offices, with a comprehensive plan to build implementation infrastructure that supports our frameworks.� These frameworks are grounded in policy, procedure, and evidence-based practices (EBP).� This encompasses all the work of pretrial and post-conviction supervision officers and excludes the work of pre-sentence officers.
