(ABOA):� � 5,990 ABOA SF Space Type:� � �Office Parking Spaces (Total):� � �7 Parking Spaces (Surface):� � �7 Parking Spaces (Structured):� � �0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):� � �7 Full Term:� � � � � 10 Years Firm Term:� � � � �5 Years Option Term:� � � None Additional Requirements: Due to the DHS-TSA mission requirements at the airport, the office space offered shall be located within the delineated area and shall be accessible by major arterial roads to the local airport. The area of consideration shall provide a response time to the local airport of no more than a 10-minute drive. Facility Security Level (�FSL�):� Facility Security Level II. If the offeror has an interior space on the first floor or a windowed space that allows privacy film, TSA will consider the space. Spaces shall not be adjacent to outside fire escapes, ledges, or mezzanines and in some cases balconies. In general, office spaces should be placed and windows glazed such that TSA personnel cannot be seen from uncontrolled public areas. TSA administrative offices should be located in contiguous space on one floor, when available. Preferably these offices should face courtyards, interior spaces or controlled areas. TSA offices should not be collocated in buildings or areas that handle, store, or ship Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). TSA offices shall not be collocated in any facility where non-TSA personnel require daily access or emergency egress through TSA spaces. Building must be able to accommodate heavy visitor access. DHS-TSA must have 24 hour/7 days a week access to building and parking. DHS-TSA requires janitorial services to be conducted during normal business hours. TSA reserves the right to conduct annual criminal and warrant checks on cleaning force personnel. The build-out of the TSA field offices will require separately zoned mechanical systems to support 24/7 HVAC for some program specific spaces. DHS-TSA offices shall be contiguous space on one floor when available. If contiguous space is not available but an offeror can provide the square footage requirement in one building location, a maximum of 25% of the overall square footage requirements can be located one or two floors above or below the main space offered. Some TSA Field Offices may require holding areas for service dogs to be placed in kennels while our Canine Handlers perform short term office duties. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
