Notice Number:� Pre-solicitation Solicitation Number:� FA252121B0004 Project Title: DBEH 20-1533 Construct Utilities Flight Control Rd. PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is NOT a request for proposal or Invitation for Bid.�� The 45th Contracting Squadron, Cape Canaveral SFS, FL announces the anticipated release of an Invitation for Bid for Project No. DBEH 20-1533 for a single-award contract to be performed at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS), FL. ��All applicable provisions and clauses will be included in the actual IFB document. This electronic announcement constitutes the pre-solicitation notice. This IFB is being issued as a 100% Total small Business Set-Aside; all other bids will be deemed non-responsive.� Contract award will be based on FAR Part 14-Sealed Bidding.� An award made will be made to the responsible bidder (IAW FAR 9.104-1) whose bid is responsive to the terms and conditions of the IFB and is most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and price-related factors included in the solicitation. There will be no paper copies of this IFB. DBEH 20-1533, Construct Utilities Flight Control Rd. Project Title: �DBEH 20-1533 Construct Utilities Flight Control Rd. Place of Performance: Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS), FL Period of Performance:� 180 Days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. NAICS CODE: 236220; Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Size Standard: 39.5M Magnitude of Effort: Between $1M and $5M. Brief Description of Acquisition:� This will be a Single-award Firm Fixed Price Contract to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct new sanitary sewer, underground water, communication utilities and infrastructure amenities on Flight Control Road, CCSFS, FL. To include excavation work for the preparation of the utilities installation as well as the water mains associated. All work shall be done in accordance with requirements contained in the contract specifications, contract drawings, and applicable base standards, state/federal laws, and Air Force regulations to provide the Government with a complete and usable facility. Due to the work location, contractor shall provide a copy of licenses of all personnel sub-contracted to accomplish work identified in the project's summary of work. **The IFB is expected to be available on or around 24 June 2021 with a projected bid closing date, depending on the actual release date of the solicitation, on or around 24 July 2021.** Potential bidders must be currently registered at the Beta.Sam.Gov website (www.beta.sam.gov) to be eligible for award. Payment for this acquisition will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System. Contractors must be registered in WAWF, see internet site: https://wawf.eb.mil for registration. All responsible, responsive sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the 45th Space Launch Delta.
