Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), has a requirement for the installation of a 2,000 gallon fuel tank at its Invasive Plants Research Laboratory in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. �The requirement will essentially be 'turn key', including removal and disposal of the existing fuel tank, obtaining all necessary permits, etc.� Contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and transportation�necessary to complete the project. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238290�and is being competed to qualified small businesses. Contractors shall not directly contact the laboratory to discuss this requirement.� During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions.
