Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is NOT a request for proposal.� The�45th Contracting Squadron, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS), FL announces the anticipated release of Solicitation number FA2521-21-B-0006 is being issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB).� All applicable provisions and clauses are included in the actual solicitation.� This electronic announcement constitutes only pre-solicitation notice being issued. This solicitation is being offered as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside; all others will be deemed non responsive.� Contract award will be based on Sealed Bid � FAR Part 14.� An award will be made to the responsible bidder (FAR 9.104-1) whose bid is responsive to the terms of the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price-related factors included in the invitation. Title: Repair Parking Lot at Facility 56620, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS) Project Number: DBEH 18-1558 Place of performance:� Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, FL 32925 Brief description of work:� This will be a Single-award Firm Fixed Price Contract.� The work to be performed under this project consists of providing the labor, equipment and materials to repair and construct approximately 10,645 square yards of asphalt paving parking, access driveways, and pedestrian walkway to include repair of existing drainage pipes, construction of Portland Concrete Cement paving surface at perimeter of building, 2"" potable water distribution system, new drainage pipes, structures and catch basin, new storm water pond, open conveyance, swale drainage system, new and expanded storm water system, outfall control structure and outfall conveyance system.� NAICS Code:� 237310: Highway, Street and Bridge Construction. Size Standard:� $39.5M IFB will be available on or about 22 June 2021 with bid closing date on or about 22 July 2021.� This project has a mandatory site visit. The performance period for this project will be 180 calendar days, including 30 non-access days, to begin 10 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).� NTP to be issued within 30 days after award. This acquisition is being issued under FAR 19.501(a) a Competitive Small Business Set-Aside and solicited via Invitation for Bid. The Invitation for Bid will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.sam.gov. Potential offerors must be currently registered in System for Award Management to be eligible for award.� (See internet site: http://www.sam.gov).� Payment for this acquisition will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System.� Contractors must be registered in WAWF, see internet site: https://wawf.eb.mil for registration.� All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the Space Launch Delta 45.
