- N00164-21-Q-0147 � SOLE SOURCE � RESTRICTED COMPETITION SPARE PARTS � FSC 2305 - NAICS 336112 ISSUE DATE 08 JUNE 2021 � CLOSING DATE 18 JUNE 2021 � 3:30 PM Eastern Time RESTRICTED COMPETITION SPARE PARTS - Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for Brand Name Only IDIQ contract for various components for the Ultra-Light Tactical Vehicle (ULTV) MRZR-Alpha 4 in support of United States Marine Corps (USMC) Program Manager Light Tactical Vehicle (PM LTV) ULTV program & the Maneuver, Surveillance, & Engagement (MS&E) Systems Division (JXW). The components are MRZR4-Alpha spare parts, service parts, and hardware to support sustainment. The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Polaris Sales Incorporated, 2100 Highway 55, Medina, MN, 55340, or any of their authorized distributors under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) only one responsible source. This is being sole sourced because this acquisition requires the use of brand-name products and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
