- The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this acquisition is 237990. This requirement is full and open competition. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS The bid opening will be�conducted via Webex. Please visit the following webex at 1pm PST for�the bid opening :��https://usace1.webex.com/meet/brittany.rusch� The w ork includes annual maintenance dredging of the Richmond Inner harbor using contour dredging to -36.5-ft�(MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth and transporting of the dredged material per the requirements in specification Section 01 11 00�SUMMARY OF WORK.Material to be dredged from Reaches 1 through 10 can be disposed at a Contractor-furnished upland site. Reaches 1�through 8 is suitable as cover w hile Reach 9 and 10 is suitable as foundation. Dredged material from Reach 1 through 10 is also�suitable for disposal at Government furnished ocean disposal site (SF-DODS).
