- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION This posting serves as notification of the Government's intent to issue a sole source purchase order. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.303-2(b), the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Utah State Office intends to award a sole source contract to INOUTBOARD.COM for the continued support of our resource reservation and employee work status software. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. If you believe your company can meet the requirement listed above, please contact Vicki Meier via email at vmeier@blm.gov prior to 10:00AM MDT on June 24, 2021. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
