Description
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment (as necessary when visiting field sites), supplies, facilities (as necessary when visiting field sites), transportation, tools, materials, Contractor supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Bio-surveillance Activities in Egypt, Africa and the Middle East. This acquisition shall provide contractor support for: - Vector Surveillance And Vector Control Support- Egypt� - Bacterial and Parasitic Disease Research Program (BPDRP)- Egypt, Djibouti, and Liberia� - Bio-Surveillance Activities for Viral and Zoonotic Disease Research and Infection Control Programs in Egypt, Eastern Mediterranean and West African Countries� - Support for NAMRU-3 Biosurveillance Activities in West Africa- Ghana� - Overall Support for NAMRU-3 Activities in Egypt� The Government contemplates award of a Single�Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract resulting from this solicitation. Intramural Human Subject Research is expected under this�contract. An award containing research with human subjects will not be executed unless the Contractor (and all appropriate subcontractors) holds an active Federal Wide Assurance (FWA) issued by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
