BID DUE DATE WILL BE REVISED TO 15 June 2021 at 10:00 AM ET�******** This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for a contract to replace three (3) Air Handling Units at DFAS Building 21 in accordance with the included Performance Work Statement.� LOCATION:� DFAS Building 21 � 3990 E Broad St.� Whitehall, OH 43213� This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 238220, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Contractors (Size Standard $16.5M).� Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. �� One award will be made from this Solicitation. The contract award will be based on Lowest Price to the Government.� Note: In addition to the completed price breakout schedule/price proposal, the Offeror must complete their Representation and Certifications located in the solicitation. � Proposals are due 15�June 2021 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
