Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only soliciation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation number is�2121301PCV202. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-04. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). The small business size standard is $16.5 million in annual receipts. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238220; Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The contract type will be a�firm-fixed price. Requirement for oily water holding tank and sump pump�replacement at USCG Station Erie�as per Statement of Work (SOW). Please e-mail Request for Quotations (RFQ) to SK1 Vance P. Hughes; vance.p.hughes@uscg.mil A standard itemized proprosal is acceptable.�Proposal must include wage rates that meet or exceed the federal standard as per the�Service Wage Determination of Erie County, and governed�by the�Service Contract Act�(view�attached). Past Performance reviews are required with proposal�by subpart 42.15. The government will award a purchase order resulting from this synopsis/solicitation to the responsible contractor whose proposal conforming to the solicitation will be more advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.� Vendors conducting�business with the Coast Guard must be registered or establish willingness to register with System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov.�FAR Clasuses 52.237-1 Site Visit and 52.237-2 Protection of government buildings, equipment, and vegetation are applicable
