- To All Interested Applicants: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications from qualified U.S. citizens interested in providing personal services under contract as described in this solicitation. Submissions must be in accordance with the instructions in Attachment 1 of this solicitation. Incomplete applications may not be considered. Applicants should retain copies of all materials for their records. Email submissions must be sent to: RDMArecruitment@usaid.gov with the subject line �SOL-72048621R00004-0001�. To ensure delivery by the due date, it is recommended that applications be sent in as email attachments.
