- *Amendment 0001 is hereby added to extend the due date for the quote - See attached Amendment *Amendment 0002 is hereby added to modify the PWS and the Price Schedule.� Maps and Calendars have been added as attachments - See separately attached document -(Attachments) **Please�acknowledge/sign and return both amendments with your offfer.� The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform waste management and disposal services requested by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in accordance with the contract, as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services.� The Contractor shall perform to the standards of this contract.
