- The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm- Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Award Solutions. The vendor will provide training courses addressing the following categories: �5G Introductory Training �Software Defined Networking (SDN) and Network Function Virtualization (NFV) �Cloud Technologies with Hands-on Exercises �5G Core Networks �5G Multi-access Edge Computing �5G Radio Access Networks �5G Network Slicing �Automation and Data Analytics This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 611430 and the business size standard is 12 million dollars. The point of contact for this announcement is Philip Salwan at philip.salwan@navy.mil. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for quotes; however, any firm believing that they can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis. Capabilities shall be documented by providing an established course list, identifying which courses map to the required courses provided in the attached PWS, and a narrative of how each course meets the minimum training curriculum content provided in the PWS. All courses shall be established, commercially available training, documented in the vendor course catalog, with existing curriculum, existing course materials (presentations, and, if applicable, documents and reference materials), and a history of prior course delivery. All e-learning courses shall have no minimum student requirement and be available online at the time of contract award. All remote live instructor led courses shall be capable of being scheduled immediately, based on NIWC Pacific providing a minimum of 9 students.
