**Revised SF** General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�Utah City:�St. George Delineated Area: North: From the intersection of N 400 W and W 200 N to N 100 E, then north along N 100 E to E 100 N.� East: From the intersection of Skyline Drive and E Hope St traveling south east to N 200 East until E Saint George Blvd, then east until N 300 E, then north along N 300 East until E 150 North. East until N 400 E then south to E 100 South and West to S 300 E� South: E Trailblazer Blvd West: From the intersection of East Trailblazer Blvd and South 300 West going north on S 300 West to West 100 South to N 400 West going N until East 200 North Please reference attached map. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�31,854 Maximum Sq. Ft.
