JUNE 10, 2021--UPDATE----**Incorporated Amendment 0001** The purpose of this amendment is to update and incorporate the following changes: 1) Section J; Attachment 10 ; Exhibits 001, 002, 003 and 004, dated 9 June 2021 has been added and is hereby incorporated. � Repair Storm Drainage at the Medical Education Training Campus (METC) This is a repair project for Storm Drainage at the Medical Education Training Campus (METC) Dorms, JBSA - Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio TX.� NAICS: 237110.� The magnitude of this project is Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.� The Construction Wage Rate Requirement, formerly known as Davis-Bacon Act, is strictly enforced; General Decision Number TX20210231 7 May 2021 This RESTRICTED ACQUISITION is set-aside for Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) small business, prior to the closing date of the solicitation.� Eligibility status under the HUBZone Program is determined in accordance with 13 CFR part 126; to be eligible offerors shall have submitted documents verifying its eligibility at the time of initial. Offerors are encouraged to review the eligibility requirements as noted in FAR Subpart 19.13, and the HUBZone Small Business Federal Contracting program page (https://www.sba.gov/federal-contracting/contracting-assistance-programs/hubzone-program) for assistance on certification. NOTE: Only electronic bids will be accepted; please refer to paragraph 1.5 in Section L for POCs for offer submittal.
