Description

Please see attached SF-18 for quoting details and description of requirement. �FUEL TANK REPAIRS AND UPGRADES. Please see SOW for full details. All questions on this solicitation or this requirement must be submitted to (paul.diandriola.civ@mail.mil) on or before 6-16-21 at 11:00 AM Tour date and time will be 6-14-21 at 10AM. Point of contract for the tour and scheduling and access to installation will be: Forrest Green, Desk (570) 615-9637, email forrest.l.green8.civ@mail.mil BASIS OF AWARD: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the best value to the Government.� Evaluation factors: Past Performance and Price will be used.� �Past Performance� Offerors shall submit three (3) Government and/or commercial contracts and associated points of contact during the past five (5) years, which are relevant to the efforts required by this solicitation. Offerors are limited to a one page response for all three submitted. Offerors are advised that the award may not necessarily be made to the lowest price offeror.
