- Description
- The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Division of Acquisitions is issuing a Pre-solicitation Notice announcement to seek potential Small Business sources who would be interested in the Sisseton Agency Roads Shop Roof Design-Build project The project will consist of designing and constructing a new roof system to replace the old roof system. The proposal is for the design and construction of approximately 3,712 square feet of demolition of existing roofing system, new roofing system, replacement of metal deck panels, and appurtenances as outlined in the statement of work. The magnitude of the requirement is between $100,000 to $250,000. The BIA, Sisseton Agency is located at 12554 BIA Highway 711, Agency Village, South Dakota 57262, Roberts County. The tentative dates for issuing the solicitation is June 25, 2021, offers are due on July 25, 2021, and completing contract performance on May 31, 2022. Solicitation documents will be available free of charge at www.SAM.gov under solicitation number 140A0121B0002 on June 25, 2021. Offers are due on Sunday, July 25, 2021 at 5:00 pm (CDT) by email to Margie.tahdooahnippah@bia.gov. Only electronic copies will be accepted. The award is restricted to small businesses only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, $39.5 Mil. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with the pre-solicitation announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. It is requested that only those that meet the definition of these categories submit a response to this notice.
