Description

Vendor will renovate the below locations. The renovations will include upgrades to room finishes and workstations. Renovation to restroom plumbing and installation of a door for accessibility to restroom 2D-401A from the hallway and cleanup. Contractor will ensure all OSHA guidelines and safety precautions are utilized in the construction area during facility work hours. Building 2, Room# (2D-401), Large Resident Room Complete out the tiled area to the bathroom and make for accessibility to restroom from the hallway Update the workstations and remove the old arms for monitors and extra hardware Add a book shelving and more storage solutions Replace all resident room chairs Install mini fridge Building 2, Room# (2D-401A), Restroom Complete build-out of the tiled area to the bathroom and make it accessible from the hallway Building 2, Room# (2D-606), Resident Call Room New Bed Add workstation Book Shelving Install mini fridge Building 2, Room# (2D-606A), Resident Call Restroom Renovate room finishes Add Workstations Building 2, Room# (2D-709), Geri Room Install phone Remove 1 workstation; only 2 workstations needed for now Replace 3 chairs Add mini fridge Building 1, Room 569, large workspace Add dividing wall on west side of the room from north to south wall and divide in half.
