AMENDMENT 0001- 70Z04721ROCONDB00 THIS�DESIGN BUILD PROJECT IS�POSTED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THOSE CONTRACTORS ON THE CURRENT�DHS/USCG NATIONAL MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT II The project scope includes all supervision, labor, tools, materials, transportation, equipment and other services necessary for Hurricane Harvey Rebuild at USCG Station Port O�Connor, Port O�Connor, TX.� The work consists of, but is not limited to: (a) Demolition of existing facilities: Engineering Shop Building, modular Berthing and Administration Buildings, HF Antenna and miscellaneous site utilities and Appurtenances; (b) Site and ground work; (c) Design and construction of a Boat Maintenance and Watch Stander Berthing Building (together in one structure) and a Covered Boat Mooring; and (d) Paving, utilities, and all associated infrastructure for complete and useable facilities. Base Item 0001: �Provide shore-side facilities for a Boat Maintenance Facility and Watch Stander Berthing Building (one structure). Provide all labor, material, equipment, mobilization, demobilization, permitting, construction support, quality control services, and ancillary items required for site development and construction. Base Item 0002: �Provide waterfront facilities for a Covered Mooring. Provide all labor, material, equipment, mobilization, demobilization, permitting, construction support, quality control services, and ancillary items required for site development and construction.
