Exhibit 1 - W911S8-21-B-0003 - Invitation For Bid - provides full information for this solicitation. ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF BIDS VIA E-MAIL IS REQUIRED. Due to current COVID-19 conditions, all communication (including site visit RSVP, solicitation questions/comments, and bid submission) must be done via email to the following POCs: SSG Alicia Mccollough, Contract Specialist, at alicia.m.mccollough.mil@mail.mil Ralph C. Chavez, Contracting Officer, at ralph.c.chavez.civ@mail.mil To ensure timely and proper handling, the email subject should indicate the following: Invitation for Bid No: W911S8-21-B-0003.� All bids are due no later than the date and time specified in Block 13 A of the SF1442. No bid will be accepted if received after this date and time. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from w hich payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in w riting by the Contracting Officer. SITE VISIT AND PRE-BID CONFERENCE:�The Government has scheduled a one day site visit and pre-bid conference at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA, at 09:30 AM PDT on�20 May 2021. a. We will meet at the parking lot in front of bldg. J01164, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. Bldg. J01164 is located on the McChord side of the base. Refer to the Attachment 5 � Site Visit Location Map. Please arrive early enough to facilitate going through the visitor�s center at the main gate to receive a visitor�s pass. b. Firms who wish to attend the site visit shall provide the name(s), company name, position title, telephone number, email address and mailing address of all attendees via e-mail to Eric Coday via email at eric.c.coday.civ@mail.mil and SSG Alicia McCollough, alicia.m.mccollough.mil@mail.mil no later than 4:00 PM PDT on 18 May 2021. BID OPENING. Bid opening will take place on 17�June 2021 at 11:00 AM PDT at the location below: Conference Room, MICC � Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Bldg. 100 COL Joe Jackson Blvd, Suite 2001, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA 98438 Anyone wishing to attend the bid opening MUST notify the Contracting Officer (ralph.c.chavez.civ@mail.mil) and the Contract Specialist (alicia.m.mccollough.mil@mail.mil) no later than 5 calendar days prior to the bid opening date with a firm commitment to attend. ** Bidders must adhere to JBLM protections measures on mask wear and social distancing standards. Masks are required in all public places and work spaces regardless if you are inside or outside of buildings when maintaining six feet of distance is unattainable. Bidders must allow sufficient time to complete security screening to gain admittance to Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA.** REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI): All bidder�s inquiries or questions shall be submitted in writing electronically to SSG Alicia McCollough at alicia.m.mccollough.mil@mail.mil no later than 24 May 2021 at 4:00 PM PDT.
