Description

This is a pre-soliciation only, the full solicitation will be posted on or about June 25, 2021. Project Description and Location: Contractor shall provide all materials and labor necessary to replace the built up roof located on east section of the building at the Osceola District Office. From Lake City, Florida on US Highway 90 East travel approximately 12 miles to the Osceola National Forest District Office Complex in the community of Olustee, Florida. 100% Small business Set-aside Price Range between $25,000 - $100,000. Notice to Potential Quoters: NOTE 1: All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam/gov/ before award of contract; failure to register in the SAM database may cause your firm to be ineligible for the award and removed from consideration. NOTE 2: Notice to Quoters: Funds are not presently available for this effort, funds are anticipated to be available by time of award. The Government reserves the right to cancel, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a Quoter for any costs.
