Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision to remove the areas of existing ballasted EPDM museum roofing and replace with 2-ply bitumen roofing. �The Contractor shall complete infrared scanning, evaluation, repair/replacement of any wet or moist roofing/insulation and complete an application of a fluid applied coating system at the roof over the library and auditorium. �The partial repair/replacement in this section shall be with fully adhered EPDM to match the existing roofing system. The scope includes the re-sealing of all seams, penetrations, flashing, and coping joints at the fully adhered EDPM roof area over the Museum, and any incidental related work.� This solicitation is for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) type contract. Set-Aside: This procurement is a set-aside for Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) and Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB).
