ALL questions will be forwarded to Arnel Margen in writing via Bidder Inquiry in ProjNet. Instructions will be in the solicitation. �� Provide individual names, companies you represent and send them to Arnel D. Margen, email: arnel.d.margen@usace.army.mil no later than 17 June 2021 4:00 PM, Pacific Time. Site Visit address: 1 Commander's Blvd, Building 100 at Tooele Army Depot, Tooele, Utah for badging. Visitors will be required to provide a government issued ID and the drivers will require registration information for the vehicle being driven onto the installation. Reference W9123821R0064 - Tooele Army Depot, Utah Environmental Remediation Services � This announcement seeks information from industry, which will be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. NO SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS, OR DRAWINGS ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME OTHER THAN WHAT IS POSTED WITH THIS NOTICE. Responses are being sought from qualified Small Businesses with GSA Schedule Contracts concerns possessing the technical/management expertise to execute the work requirements. The attached DRAFT Performance Work Statements (PWS) dated 14 May 2021 define the scope of environmental remediation services necessary for performance of the requirements. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to gain knowledge of, interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of industry of the Small Business Communities. The Government must ensure there is adequate competition among the potential pool of responsible contractors. This procurement is for: 1. Environmental Remediation�Services 2. NAICS Code: 562910 - Environmental Remediation Services with Small Business size standard of $20.5 Million 3. Set-Aside: Small Business with GSA Schedule contracts only Prior Federal Government contract work is not required for submitting a response under this sources sought synopsis. The official solicitation W9123821R064; will be issued via beta.SAM.gov . The Government has yet to make a determination as to the acquisition source. It is anticipated that this acquisition will be awarded utilizing the Best-value Trade-off acquisition process. Firms� response to this Synopsis shall be limited to five (5) pages and shall include the following information: -Firm's name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address -Firm's CAGE and DUNS numbers if applicable -Firm's interest in bidding on the solicitation when it is issued - Provide Example Projects: Provide two (2) but no more than three (3) example projects demonstrating experience with work similar to that described within the PWSs. Include a brief description of the project, customer�s agency name and POC, period of performance, and dollar value. -Firm's Business Size category: Other-Than-Small Business, Small Business, HUB Zone, Veteran Owned Small Business, Women Owned Small Business, 8(a) etc. - Firm's GSA Contract number -Firm's Joint Venture information if applicable.
