Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 16, 2002 Holcomb Blvd, Houston, TX 77030, �intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract on a competitive basis with a licensed contractor for periodic testing of all fuels to meet local, state, and federal regulatory requirements. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform fuel tank cleaning and testing on four-(4) 40,000 gallon diesel fuel tanks, two-(2) 12,000 gallon diesel fuel tanks, two-(2) 2,000 gallon diesel fuel tanks, one-(1) one 6,000 gallon diesel fuel tank, and thirty-six- (36) Lab Analysis to include Cetane Analysis. Tanks are located onsite near building 105 and 103 and are currently partially in good condition and registered with the State of Texas TCEQ. Cleaning will be conducted semi-annually and testing will be conducted quarterly. 36C25621Q1168 Document Attached for Review.
