- DLA Aviation � Richmond, Virginia, is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for the following NSNs and nomenclatures. 010271456������� 5995���� CABLE ASSEMBLY,RADI 015655578������� 3020���� PULLEY,FLAT The result of this market research will contribute to determining the acquisition strategy of this procurement. DLA Aviation intends to award a sole source long-term contract with a performance period of one, two-year base period and one, five-year option period to Northrop Grumman Mission Systems. Other �interested �parties �may �identify �their �interest �and �capability �to �respond �to �the requirement no later than June 15, 2021. This is a Sources Sought to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets, HUBZone Small Business concerns; Certified 8(a) Small Business concerns, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns, Woman-Owned Small Business concerns) to provide the required products and/or services. This Sources Sought is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for proposal. �It does not constitute a solicitation, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the government.� �Responses in any form are not offers, and the government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. �No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement.� �Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary.
