The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Photron USA, Inc. 9520 Padgett Street STE 110 San Diego, California 92126-4446 (CAGE:1YDX8), for One (1) Photron SA-Z Camera with FAST Drive Option Part Numbers (PN): SAZ-2100-64M, FD-SAZ, and FD-DRIVE-1TB). � This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. �A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Responses to this notice are due on or before five (5) days after date of posting by email at Zachary.a.dowling2.ctr@mail.com. � Point of Contact for this notice is Zachary Dowling, Zachary.a.dowling2.ctr@mail.mil
