- Description
- The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking proposals to implement the USAID Financial Sector Reform Activity as described in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP). USAID/Ukraine anticipates awarding one cost plus fixed fee (CPFF) term type contract with 20,815 professional technical staff person productive days level of effort (LOE) and a period of performance of five (5) years. The purpose of the activity is to support systemic changes in Ukraine�s economy. FSR aims to transform the country�s financial sector into a sophisticated, well-functioning, competitive market that is aligned with European Union (EU) standards and integrated into international financial systems. This transformation will mobilize private finance for sustained economic growth in Ukraine. For further details, please see the attached RFP.
