Description
Center for Clinical Standards and Quality (CCSQ) Information Systems Group�(ISG) is conducting market research to understand new technologies, pricing approaches, and innovations available in cloud computing. As a result, we are requesting industry input on the following questions: What innovations does your firm offer to assist clients to deploy secure, automated, maintainable cloud architecture and network solutions that enable simpler deployment than traditional on-prem solution? What services does your firm offer to optimize and improve cloud and network architecture? What experiences or lessons learned does your firm have with network and cloud services (Amazon Web Services (AWS)) during contract transition? What insights can you give us on best practices for transitioning and managing existing AWS accounts without disruption to ongoing operations? What steps does your firm typically take to ensure cloud account provisioning/enablement services are performed securely, and meet privacy requirements? What practices does you firm have in place to Ensure continual compliance with new federal policies as a contract progresses? To be aware of current and emerging security threats as a contract progresses? To be aware of technological innovations as a contract progresses? What best practices or techniques do you have in place to monitor cloud use and manage cloud consumption to reduce costs to the client? What pricing models does you�re your firm offer other Government clients (contract type, units, etc.)? How do those pricing models allow the Government to receive the benefit of consumption based pricing of the cloud computing model? What type of discounts are available to clients based on the number of services they use and the amount of cloud they consume? Are there economies of scale or bundling packages that provide price discounts? Please provide a list of the GSA schedules, IDIQ contracts, �Best in Class� contracts and other available contract vehicles that your firm provides cloud services. Format Requirements (RFI Response): Page size shall be 8.5 x 11 inches. Font shall be Times New Roman Size 12 with no less than single spacing between lines. Page margins may be no less than 1 inch on both sides. Charts, graphs, and tables may be no less than 9-point font Times New Roman. Tables and graphics may be landscape and all other text must be portrait. Submissions may include a cover page that has the companies' name, contact information, DUNS etc. Vendor's who opt to deviate from these instructions risk their information not being reviewed. Submission Requirements: Submissions to this request for information shall be no longer than 11 pages (1 Page -Cover Page, 10 page response to above questions, half page of offeror questions).
