Description

The government has a requirement to procure a PortaCount 8048T Respirator Testing Kit and compatible PortaCount Peripheral Equipment supporting U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Field Operations (OFO), San Diego Field Office.� The proposed awardee�is TSI, Incorporated.� This vendor is the manufacturer as well as the only authorized retailer of the items�to be procured. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. �IT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.� However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements of this nature.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.� Any vendors who believe they can provide the items and can provide proof of ability to meet the requirements should email their company's capabilities information to the attention of Micky L. Hallman, Contracting Officer (CO), at Micky.L.Hallman@cbp.dhs.gov, no later than June 26,�2021.� Information submitted should support a company's capability to perform the work or provide the equipment/ supplies required by the Statement of Work.� The Government shall not be responsible for costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement.� Only email responses shall be accepted.
