Description

This is COMBINED PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Sioux Falls VA Health Care System (SFVAHCS) requires on-site .5 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Board Certified Cardiology Physician services for beneficiaries of the SFVAHCS. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement will be 621111 Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists), with a size standard of $12.0 million. It is anticipated that the solicitation number will be 36C26321R0112. The solicitation is Unrestricted . Offerors will be evaluated on Technical Excellence, Past Performance, Veterans Preference, and Price. The solicitation will contain requirements for a 12-month base period with three (3) 12-month options to renew. Service will begin November 1, 2021 (or date of award) through October 31, 2022 for the Base Period. Proposals are due to the Contracting Office by July 9, 2021 at 11:59 AM Eastern Time. Proposals are required to be emailed to Steven Porwoll at steven.porwoll@va.gov prior to the solicitation closing date and time. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure their proposal is received in full by the Contracting Officer before solicitation closing.
