Description
**PLEASE READ:� THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE.� NO OTHER INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE UNTIL THE SOLIITATION IS ISSUED ON THE DATE IDENTIFIED BELOW** The Ashley National Forest in Utah anticipates a Water Systems Telemetry Controls. The sites are Antelope Flat & Ross Springs.� Both are located in the Flaming Gorge Recreation Area in Daggett County, on FS property. This project includes changing from hardwire pump controls to telemetry controls at two locations, Antelope Flat and Ross Springs.� Antelope Flat includes the installation of: A radio transmitter at an existing storage tank including supports, solar power, and the reuse and new installation of various controls in the storage tank. A radio receiver at the existing well and pump controls, including support and interface with existing well pump controls. Partial rebuild of pump controls. Removal of existing controls circuit from well controls to storage tank, where above grade. Additional information: This site gets a foot or so of standing snow and heavy winds are common. The water does not require treatment. ��Ross Springs includes the installation of: A radio transmitter at an existing storage tank including tower, solar power, and the new installation of various controls in the storage tank. A radio receiver at the treatment plant, including support and interface with existing treatment plant controls. Additional information: This site gets 4-feet plus of standing snow, heavy winds are common, and lightning strikes are very common in the area. The water requires treatment before storage.� System is used year-round. Both water systems will be in use during construction, down time shall be coordinated with the Contracting Officer and limited. A Site Visit, if held, will be announced in the solicitation Per FAR 36.204 the estimated price range is estimated to be less than $25,000 This project is a total Small Business Set Aside. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. It is estimated that a solicitation for this project will be posted on or about June 28, 2021 SAM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting a quote www.sam.gov.
