HJZH 21- 1060 Renovate Private Office Bldg. B730. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials and transportation to accomplish HJZH 21 - 1060 Renovate Private Offices B724- JBER, AK In�Accordance With (IAW) the attached Statement of Work (SOW) dated (30 April 2021), Drawings, Supplemental Specifications dated (09 April 2021),�Environmental Protection Specs on JBER (28 Oct 2020 REV 3), Contractors Fire Safety Guide and REVISED JBER CAD RECORD DRAWING DESIGN AND AS BUILT STANDARD (Dec 2019). All product and performance requirements shall meet the Statement of Work (SOW) dated (30 April 2021), Drawings, Supplemental Specifications dated (09 April 2021),�Environmental Protection Specs on JBER (28 Oct 2020 REV 3), Contractors Fire Safety Guide and REVISED JBER CAD RECORD DRAWING DESIGN AND AS BUILT STANDARD (Dec 2019). Note: Contractor responsible for everything listed/ located in the attached Open-Market General Specifications, Supplemental�Specifications dated (09 April 2021),�Environmental Protection Specs on JBER (28 Oct 2020 REV 3), Contractors Fire Safety Guide and REVISED JBER CAD RECORD DRAWING DESIGN AND AS BUILT STANDARD (Dec 2019). Especially the SOW 2.3 CODE/ CRITERIA REQUIREMENTS, Compliance with OSHA and AKOSH Standards, Titles 29, 40, 44 and 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), State of Alaska Regulations and Statutes, 673 ABW Instructions compliance with OSHA, Industry Standards, AFI Standards and Contractors FIRE SAFETY GUIDE. In accordance with FAR 36.304(c) Magnitude on Construction Project, estimated price ranges: (c) Between $100,000 and $250,000. Requirement HJZH 21 1061 RENOVATE PRIVATE OFFICES, BLDG. 724 - Project is to renovate two (2) small offices, one (1) large open office, and install one (1) man door for fire egress near an overhead door. Date: May 24, 2021 The 673d Contracting Squadron is contemplating a construction award for subject project for the renovation of two (2) smaller offices, one (1) large open office and install one (1) man door for fire egress near an overhead door on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK.� Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to execute the project as shown on the Draft SOW and Draft Drawings. IAW FAR 36.204(c), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS: 236210 This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of $39.5M Size Standard: $39,500,000. Pre Solicitation Site Visit:� A pre solicitation site visit will be held on 26 May 2021 at 3:00 PM Alaska Standard Time (AST) at JBER(R) for Building 724. Quarter Master Road- Building on the left (CES Bldg. 730). All are advised to meet in the parking lot (facing CES Bldg. 730) on the left hand side.
