- Update 11 Jun 2021:� The Government has decided to reduced the annual blanket bond amount required on this acquisition.� The annual blanket�bond amount�is hereby reduced�from $19M to $6M.� The proposal due date of 14 Jun 2021 at 4:30 PM ET, remains unchanged. ----- Update 3 Jun 2021: The SABER Seed Project site visit sign-in log dated 19 Mar 2021 is hereby attached. -------- Update 2 Jun 2021:� Amendment 0003 (FA480021R00050003) is hereby posted.� The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to revise Solicitation Section L, add updated Davis-Bacon Act Wage Determinations, revise the SABER Seed Project statement of work, and add Government response to additional requests for information.� The proposal due date remains unchanged at 14 Jun 2021. -------- Update 14 May 2021:� Amendment 0002 (FA480021R00050002) is hereby posted.� The purpose of this solicitation amendment�is to remove the requirement that a Section 8(a) firm has to be headquartered within the Small Business Administration's (SBA) Region III to be eligible for award. The amendment also revises Solicitation Sections A, B, L, and M. Please see attached revisions/changes.� Solicitation Sections L (Atch 17) and Section M (Atch 18) dated 14 May 2021�are provided to show the changes in yellow highlight (and to clearly see the tables in a easier read format than the solicitation itself). �� ---------- Update 4 May 2021:� The Government is currently revising the solicitation for this requirement.� An amendment is forthcoming to incorporate the changes. The proposal due date is hereby suspended until further notice.� Please note that the revised due date of 20 May 2021 is a placeholder only -- there is no proposal�due date established at this time. � ----------- Update/12 Apr 2021:� The Government is currently reviewing additional questions in regards to this solicitation.� The proposal due date is hereby suspended until further notice.� Please note that the new proposal due date of 4 May 2021 has been added as a placeholder only.� A�revised/actual proposal due date will posted via amendment in the near future.��The new proposal due date will not be�any earlier than 4 May 2021.� ----------- Update/2 Apr 2021:� Amendment 0001 is hereby added.� The purpose of this amendment is to provide the Government's response to potential offerors' request for information, revise the solicitation, and extend the proposal due date from 9 Apr 21 to 14 Apr 21 at 4:30 PM ET.� Please see�revised attachments.� ------------- The 633 Contracting Squadron Infrastructure Flight, Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the award of a Simplified Acquisition of Base Civil Engineer Requirements (SABER) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.��The SABER requirements are for a broad range of maintenance, repair, minor and new construction work on real property on JBLE.� This acquisition is a competitive procurement pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business (SBA) Act (15 U.S.C. 637(a)), in accordance with FAR 19.805 and FAR 6.204.� In accordance with Title 13 of the Code of Federal Regulations, 124.507(c)(2), the SBA has determined that the U.S. Department of the Air Force, JBLE may compete this award among 8(a) Business Development Program participants headquartered, with an approved bona fide place of business, within SBA's Region III.� Therefore, competition for this award is limited to the SBA's Region III, which includes the states of Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington D.C. and West Virginia.�� This ward is a firm-fixed-price (FFP), single award, IDIQ contract.� This IDIQ includes a base year and four option year periods with an overall ceiling capacity of $95,000,000.00.� A site visit will be held�for the seed project as�follows:� SITE VISIT:� 19 March 2021 @ 9 AM ET at Langley AFB, VA facility 15.
