Information to access the PPI tool: Please contact the CO/CS via email to request a copy of Attachment L-31 becasue BETA.SAM does not support the file type. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ FA4460-21-R0009-Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC)/Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Little Rock AFB, AR Previously Posted as FA4460-21-R0005. Little Rock Air Force Base (LRAFB) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award�Construction Contract (MACC) for sustainment, restoration, and modernization for general construction projects�in support of the 19th Civil Engineer Squadron (19 CES). Construction projects to be performed under this�MACC include, but are not limited to, new construction of buildings and structures, alteration and repair of�buildings, structures, roads, grounds, roofs, specialty construction, utilities including Jet-A fuel systems,�demolition of structures and building and miscellaneous construction services including hazardous material�waste removal (i.e. asbestos, lead based paint, etc.). Types of facilities may include administrative, industrial,�maintenance, warehouses, communications, personnel support, recreation, lodging, medical, training, ranges,�roads, etc. Work may also include design/build from concept to full 100% design. In-house design capability or�ready access to design capability is a must for projects under this MACC. Description of work will be identified�in each individual task order.
