***The purpose of this notice is to issue amendment 0001�to incorporate the revised Statement of Work, Materials pricing sheet, Well #21 Adendum and Response document for RFI's*** The purpose of this requirement is to provide all materials and a portion of labor for the construction of a new water well, entitled, �Well 21� at Luke AFB, with an estimated depth of approximately 1,000 feet. Attached Statement of Work provides description of work,�list of materials provided by Luke AFB and materials required to be provided.�
