The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified: (1) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); or (3) Small or emerging small business firms, or (4) Other Than Small business firms, to provide Medgraphics Ultima Cardio 2 system for cardiopulmonary stress tests [Brand Name or Equal] for the Madison, VAMC. General Requirements: Salient Characteristics: Testing Capabilities: Pulmonary Function Tests: Spirometry (FVC,SVC,MVV) Respiratory mechanics (MIP/MEP) Diffusing capacity Nitrogen washout Single breath N2 Arterial blood gases (ABG manual entry) ECG/Heart rate configurations: Integrated 12-lead ECG Gas Exchange Tests: Direct fick cardiac output Indirect fick cardiac output (NICO) Exercise capacity (02 and CO2) Nutrition assessment: REE/RMR (02 and C02) Workspace: W x D 24 x 21 in (70 x 53.3 cm) Base: W x D 25 x 31 in (63.5 x 78.7 cm) height: 49 in (124.5 cm) Power requirements: 100-240 V/50-60 HZ Bidirectional pitot tube flow sensor: Range +/- 18 L/S Accuracy +/_ 3% or 50ml (whichever is greater) Resistance 60%) using RRE CO2 variable. The ECG software must have the capability of resting interpretation, event marking and automatic arrhythmia detection. The system must be able to interface with CPRS/Vista and Cerner (once it is implemented).
