- In accordance with Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the Federal Aviation Administration�s (FAA) decision to use single source procedures to award a modification to the existing contract: 692M15-19-C-00009. The purpose of this modification is to increase the ceiling amount and extend the period of performance to allow for the continuation of development and operations and maintenance support services provided under this contract. This announcement is for informational purposes only. This announcement is not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal.� A competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement.
