Description

The United States Department of Education (Department) requires a Contractor who can provide a Compliance Auditor to perform an audit to assess the DEPARTMENT compliance with the practices defined within the FPKI Policy Authority�s Federal Bridge Certificate Authority Certificate Policy (CP) and the Symantec Shared Services Provider (SSP) Non-Federal Certificate Practices Statement (CPS).� The Department has acquired and implemented the Symantec Non-Federal SSP PKI for its managed PKI solution that participates within the Federal Bridge PKI environment as part of the Department�s PIV-I card implementation. �This PKI solution is integrated with the Department�s ID Badging System to allow the ID Office to issue FIPS 201compliant PIV-I certificates at a Medium-HW level to Federal and Contractor employees.
