Description

This is a PRESOLICIATION notice. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contract Office (NCO) 22-G intends to issue a solicitation for contractors to provide one (1) Urologist Physician Locum Tenant for the New Mexico VA Health Care System (NMVAHCS). The Estimated Period of Performance is: 9/01/2021 to 8/31/2022 with no option periods. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 621111 (Office of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists) with a small business size standard of $12.0 Million. This solicitation will be posted as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Purchase Order contract. Only one award will be made from this solicitation. The contractor shall perform in accordance with the Performance Work Statement that will be included in the solicitation.  The Full Time Equivalent (FTE) position will consist of one (1) Urologist Physician. This physician will serve as an attending physician and may be responsible for resident mentoring as deemed appropriate by the NM VA Health Care System lead physician and the Contracting Officer Representative. Urology Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 430pm. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Solicitation Package 36C25821Q0241 shall be posted on https://beta.sam.gov/ on or about June 18, 2021.  No solicitation packages will be mailed.  Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. All offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and complete Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). Additionally, all Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses who respond to a solicitation must be registered with the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprise VetBiz Registry located at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/.
