Contractor personnel shall: � have an active, unrestricted license to practice as an independent practitioner in the state where the center is located and does not require supervision to practice. � minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed independent practitioner providing assessment and treatment services to adolescents and young adults. The modified file is titled ""1282A721Q088- Amendment 0001"" Orignial description is below Mental Health Counseling Services; Oconaluftee Job Corps Center, Cherokee, NC Oconaluftee Job Corps Center, in Cherokee, NC has�a requirement for on-site Mental Health�Counseling Services for a Base Year and four (4)�Option Years to be exercised at the sole�discretion of the Government. A single,�firm-fixed price award is anticipated as a result�of this Request for Quote.
