Description

The United States of America, acting through the Department of the Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southeast (""Government""), is seeking to lease a secure and dedicated parking site for daily parking of 250 vehicles in the vicinity of Naval Station Mayport, Jacksonville, Florida. The leased premises must meet all of the requirements set forth in this Solicitation for Offers.� The Lease commencement is desired by August 31, 2021. The Lease will have an initial term of one year and four renewal options of one year each. Exercise of options shall be solely at the Government�s discretion. The Government may terminate the Lease at any time after the initial one-year term upon not less than 60 days' written notice to the Lessor
